Born from the dialogue between two vineyards planted on granite terraces at 250 m elevation, on Quinta da Castanheira (Baião, Vinho Regional Minho). Two thirds come from a Field Blend of Arinto, Avesso, Viosinho, Códega do Larinho and Rabigato; the remaining third is Chardonnay, vinified side by side in stainless steel with a 48-hour decanting, complete malolactic and ten months on the full lees.
In the glass it shows citrus yellow, fresh and mineral. The nose is led by citrus and orchard fruit with a subtle exotic touch; the palate is structured, long, with a dry finish that echoes the granite soil.
